Loving your FIVE FAVES purchase but something didn’t work out? No problem!
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your Order # and reason for return/exchange. Please email us at email@example.com. Please do not send any returns without contacting us first.
We recommend that you use a tracked postal service when returning items as we cannot replace packages lost during shipping.
Please note that your item must have all tags still in place and be in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of items with any manufacturer defects. We will cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.
We do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred at time of order
HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All online purchases between November 20th- Dec 25th 2018 are eligible for the extended return policy. All items to be returned/exchanged must be received by Jan 14/2019. Returns/exchanges must follow standard return policy as stated above.
All sales are final at a FIVE FAVES Booth, Tradeshow or Event.
